Franca Munoz is not a licensed psychologist, medical or mental health care professional, and her services do not replace the care of psychologists or other healthcare professionals. At no time does the coaching/energy healing services provided replace the need for medical or professional help. If you feel that support is needed, it is your responsibility to seek it out. By booking a session appointment you are confirming that you understand and agree to the following statements. I understand the coaching/energy healing services I will be receiving from Franca Munoz are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. I understand that Franca Munoz is not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional. I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my physical and emotional well-being during my coaching/healing sessions, and afterward, including my choices and decisions, and actions. I understand that coaching/energy healing is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of therapy. And with that comes the standard eye-glaze-inducing disclaimer that, no, I cannot actually guarantee the outcome of our coaching/energy healing efforts and my comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only. Rescheduling, cancellations, and no-shows If you need to change your appointment, you can do so directly until 24 hours before your original appointment time. After that, no changes can be made. Please note all sales are final and that if you cancel or fail to attend your session a refund will not be issued. Charges and payment All prices quotes are inclusive of VAT. The price for the services is set out in the program or services description. I require full payment in advance in order to provide the services.
